Feature 1: CNC bending hoop machine straightening system: Adopting the multi wheel group straightening machine structure produced by Jiuke for many years, it consists of two groups of horizontal and vertical multi wheel straightening. The straightening system has position movement memory detection, and when replacing steel bars of different diameters, the straightening wheel will automatically adjust downwards or upwards. The steel bars can be quickly straightened by changing them (self developed technology), shortening the straightening time of the steel bars. The entire process is automatically completed, and the multi wheel groups synchronously pull the steel bars, The pressure between the wheel and the steel bar decreases, resulting in less traction force, thereby reducing energy consumption and steel bar loss.
Feature 2: Hoop bending machine cutting system: The cutting is equipped with a brake free braking control device (invented by our factory), which supports frequent starting of cutting.
